The following links provide guidance on what to do when you receive a claim and which circumstances would be best to reject or reassign a claim you believe has been sent to you in error.

The re-assign function should not be used to forward a claim to any another Compensator/Insurer.  These claims should be rejected, which will return them to the Claimant Representative for re-submission to the correct Compensator/Insurer.
