New functionality has been introduced on the Portal which allows authorised Users to search and retrieve claims where a Court Proceedings Pack has been created.
Once the claim has come to an end, the claim and its attachments will now be kept in archive for 12 months from the date a claim in ‘End of Stage 2 End’ goes into the archive.
This new functionality will allow the authorised User to view these archived claims and their associated attachments.
