How can you prepare?

We appreciate the impact changes to the Portal has on our Users.

We’ve produced a short guide for Web Users detailing the changes in Release 6 and how to prepare.

Web User guide

In order to give you and your team the opportunity to familiarise yourselves with the changes being made to the Portal we’ve deployed Release 6 functionality into the Web training area. It is important that all in the team understand the changes and that you raise any questions with the Help Desk before Release 6 goes live.

Have you got access to the training site?

Please ensure that you and your team have up to date credentials to be able to gain access to the training site. If for some reason you can’t access the training area you will need to contact your Administrator to refresh your credentials, so that you can familiarise yourselves with the changed functionality.

How can your Web Administrator help?

Web Administrators - it’s important that you therefore check your access to the Portal is up to date to ensure you are able to support your organisation’s Users in gaining access to training and familiarise themselves with the site.
