A number of users are sending high volumes of messages to the Claims Portal A2A production and integration sites. This may impact the performance of the service for all users.
If you are sending high volumes of messages to the A2A integration or production sites please immediately reduce them to under 200 per hour. Users that are identified as sending volumes of messages in excess of 200 may be disabled without notice in order to protect the service for other users.
