As a reminder to Portal Users, the Claims Portal User Agreement combined-portal-user-agreement-14-sept-2018.pdf (claimsportal.org.uk) requires individuals to keep their user name and password confidential.

Your Administrator can create individual accounts for all Users within your organisation.

Please note that we monitor usage of Claims Portal and Users' compliance with the Claims Portal Terms of Use. Continued misuse of the service by Users within organisations is likely to result in Claims Portal exercising its right to suspend your use of the Portal.
