Claims Portal Ltd has today released its monthly update to the Executive Dashboard. The Management Information (MI) deals with the Portal as a user community service and provides high level information on the claims process.

It is important to note the Portal is not designed as a detailed case management system.

*Note added to the RTA backing sheet data: The figure for claims exiting the Portal in January is 54% higher than for December 2020.  The reason for this is that during December a claimant law firm were running the exit process on approximately 12,000 claims on their case management system which, in error, had not been exited from the Portal when settled.
