The Helpdesk will have limited opening hours on the following days in December 2022/January 2023:

Monday 19^th -      Standard hours

Tuesday 20^th  -     Standard hours

Wednesday 21^st   Standard hours

Thursday 22^nd -    Standard hours

Friday 23^rd -          9am to 5pm

W/C 26^th December

Monday 26^th -        Closed

Tuesday 27^th -        Closed

Wednesday 28^th - 9am to 5pm

Thursday 29^th -      9am to 5pm

Friday 30^th              9am to 5pm

W/C 2^nd January

Monday 2^nd January – Closed

Tuesday 3^rd onwards – Standard hours

Normal business hours will resume Wednesday 4th January 2023.

Claims Portal Services will continue to operate 24/7 during this period.
