Please note that on Tuesday 8th March between the hours of 08:00 to 08:30 (GMT) the SSL Certificate will be updated in the Production environment.
If you are a Web user the new certificate will be downloaded automatically by your browser when you browse the Claims Portal login page and you do not need to take any action.

If you are an A2A user, please verify that your A2A system is able to automatically update the new certificate.

If you need to update the certificate manually please contact the Claims Portal Helpdesk requesting details of the new SSL certificate.
