As part of our continuing program to improve security for Claims Portal, we have introduced a token to A2A messaging and the requirement to change the A2A password. These features will apply an additional layer of security to verify the identity of the user. 

We are pleased to confirm that the A2A Token changes are now available in the Production/Live environment (effective from 8:00am on Tuesday 24th January 2023). 

Please be advised that between now and 7th February 2023, there is Parallel running in Production for the endpoints for both pre and post A2A token changes available.

Client IDs
As per the Technical Specifications, Software Providers will need to include a Client ID in their updates. Claims Portal have assigned each Software House/ Third Party developer with a unique Client ID. 

If your organisation has created a A2A solution internally for your own organisation’s activities or if your organisation manages A2A messaging for a number of organisations, you will need to include a Client ID.
