We have identified that due to a change at Microsoft Cloud (outlook.com) emails sent to users of this service are being rejected when they have not whitelisted the sender. For you to receive emails from the portal and retain access to the portal, you need to whitelist either the IP address 212.7.73.125 (whitelisting) or the email address noreply@rapidclaimsettlement.org.uk
