Following the deployment of the A2A Token on 24th January 2023, the parallel running of both endpoints will come to an end on Sunday 12th March 2023.
The endpoints for pre A2A token changes will NOT be available after 8am UK time on Monday 13th March 2023. Â There will be no extension to this date.

If you have not made the necessary changes to your application to use A2A Token and move to the new endpoints by Sunday 12th March 2023, you will no longer be able to connect to the portal using A2A calls and will need to switch to using the web-based service.
If you connect to the old endpoints you will receive the error message 404 - end point no longer valid.Â
If you will be using the web-based service only, please ensure that there is an active Administrator, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled with access to the Claims Portal. If the Administrator requires credentials resent/reset, please complete a form from our website:
