As part of our continuing program to improve security for Claims Portal, we introduced the requirement for a2a users to change their password. The a2a Password for access into the Portal expires every 90-days and it is important that you change your password before the expiry date for continual access to the Portal.Â
Â
This password change rule came into force in January 2023. Therefore, your a2a password must be changed at least once in-line with our security enhancements to access the Portal.
Â
Important Note: From start of business on 3rd May 2023, your a2a credentials to access the Portal Production site will FAIL if you have not changed your a2a password within the last 90-days. In addition, from start of business on 26th April 2023, your a2a credentials to access the Integration/Test site will FAIL if you have not changed your a2a password within the last 90-days.
