Claims Portal Funding- Update
We had previously communicated that we would be making some changes to the way in which Claims Portal is funded, extending the charge for half of the Portal costs to Claimant Representatives. Â Since then, we have been working on the system and process changes and gathering the information that would be required in order to implement the new funding arrangement. Â We had hoped to deliver the change within 12 months of our initial announcement. Â Unfortunately, some further work is required before we are in a position to proceed with the new funding arrangement which means that implementation will be delayed beyond the initial timeframe. Â Whilst it is not possible at this stage to be precise about the extent of the further time required, it is unlikely that the funding change will be implemented prior to September 2024.
