This is a follow-up communication regarding the changes to the Whiplash Tariff. 

Following the Statutory Review of the Whiplash Regulations 2021, the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has published the new tariff figures which will apply to injuries sustained on or after 31st May 2025.  The changes require Parliamentary approval however this is unlikely to prevent them taking place.

The Portal update is now available in Integration and is ready to be applied to the live environment on 31st May 2025, subject to Parliamentary approval.
