Bulk transfer of claims freeze

In preparation for the portal upgrade, we are temporarily halting the processing of any new bulk transfers requests from Monday 13th May until we restart the service on Monday 3rd June.   

You can submit a bulk transfer request during this time, but they won’t be processed until after 3rd June. 

Information on how to request a bulk transfer pack is available on the Claims Portal website here.
