In May 2023, we notified you of our upcoming CFF Upgrade, which will include migration to a REST API – offering scalability, increased security and flexibility for applications – and a modernised, cloud-based Web Portal with changes tailored to industry feedback.
Previous information published about the project can be found here;

As we get closer to the go live date, there are some critical actions which need to happen to prepare for the migration. This will be vital to ensure that users and administrators continue to have access to the Claims Portal.
The new platform prohibits the use of duplicate email addresses associated with multiple accounts. This does not include using the same email address for multiple organisations.
Administrators should ensure all user profiles have only one named profile using their own unique business email address.
Once you have completed the changes to all profiles using duplicate email addresses, you will then need to disable your old Administrator profile that you are currently logged in with, that will no longer be used in the future. The changes you have made will give you admin access to your previous claims only profile, that you will now log in with.
Information about Claims Profiles and their access to CNFs can be found in the link here and information about Claimant Representative profiles is here.
It is essential you setup users with the correct profiles.
