Dear Users
As part of the upgrade of Claims Portal the migration to the new CFF platform continues, we’d like to take the opportunity to update you on the status of the project, some actions to consider and remind you of the project timelines.
A2A Users
Introducing: The Developers Portal for A2A developers
- As we move into a cloud environment, shared email addresses will no longer be available and therefore you will lose access to the system. This does not include using the same email address for multiple organisations. We will contact everyone in due course with further information regarding this, but it would put you a step ahead of the game if you were to check internally at your earliest convenience.
- Please note that the rule relating to unique email addresses applies only within a Portal user organisation. Users who require access to Portal accounts for more than one Portal user organisation are not prevented from using the same email address for multiple organisations.
We are now in the beginning stages of regression testing the SOAP (Legacy) connection with our regression testing volunteers. If you are not involved with the regression testing, no need to worry, there are no testing or developing requirements at this time. Although, here are a few things we would like you to consider internally:
- Please line up resources to develop your new A2A REST API connection, development can commence in Q2 2024. We appreciate that resource will need to be booked in ahead of schedule and we will keep you up to date on specific dates regarding availability. You will have 12+ months to make this change and although we encourage you to act as quickly as possible, we will be on hand to support you throughout the year after go-live.
Web Users
- Please ensure that your users are using unique email addresses. As we move into a cloud environment, shared email addresses will no longer be available and therefore you will lose access to the system. This does not include using the same email address for multiple organisations. We will contact everyone in due course with further information regarding this, but it would put you a step ahead of the game if you were to check internally at your earliest convenience.
We are currently developing the web users’ interface, UAT for the web portal will commence in Q1 2024. Please let us know if you would like to take part in the UAT sessions to test the functionality of the new interface.
