A2A Users only

As part of our migration to the new Claims Portal API we have conducted a full assessment of current and previous RTA and ELPL workflow versions to understand which releases will be supported after migrating to the new REST API.

The fundamental principle on which the Claims Portal has been built is such that any new claims must use the latest version available. As this concept is the foundation of both the Production and Testing environments, it is impossible for any organisation to create a new claim on a previous release.

It is therefore impossible to test moving claims through the phases of previous releases as part of the migration. As a result, once you have completed the migration to the new REST API, you will be able to progress (make dynamic calls) claims through the following versions:

  • RTA process: Version 7 (2021); and
  • ELPL Process: Version 6 (2018).

All claims on the below versions are view-only via the REST API, and can continue to be managed via the Claims Portal web service:

RTA process:

  • Version 6 (2018)
  • Version 5 (2016)
  • Version 4 (2014)
  • Version 3 (2013)
  • Version 2 (2012)
  • Version 1 (2010)
  • Version 0 (2010)

ELPL Process:

  • Version 5 (2018)
  • Version 4 (2016)
  • Version 3 (2013)

RTA Process

Over the past 10 months, 0.5% of claims on versions 0-6 have been moved between phases.

ELPL Process

Over the past 10 months, fewer that 0.01% of claims on versions 3-5 have been moved between phases.

Impact

Whilst we understand there will be an operational impact on your organisation, the stagnation of movement of claims on previous versions indicates that this should be minimal. If you have any queries, please reach out to the project team.

Kind regards,

Claims Portal Ltd.
